Restoration Coach was designed to help out the independent and small franchise companies to grow and compete with the larger corporations and franchises of the Water Damage Restoration Industry. We began in the water restoration industry when there were only a few WRT classes and the current technology was non existent. There was no one that could help us get our business going. Therefore, we had to develop every system to make our business successful.

It forced our company to develop the systems, from the ground up, to be a turn key operation. We learned, tested and documented exactly how to do everything from the initial phone call, marketing to collections, doing the actual work and how to build relationships to ensure longevity. We started out as a small company many years ago and have gone through so much of what you are going through now. We were able to turn our company into a successful Water Damage Restoration company that started with less than $1500.00 and grew to a multi-million dollar corporation. It was a turn key operation which allowed for the sale of the business and early retirement for the owners.
